Aaron and Diane (Di) Heinen own and manage iTrip Coeur d’Alene in beautiful Idaho. The couple has lived in northern Idaho for over 30 years and currently resides in Hayden. After marrying 30-plus years ago, they lived in Kendrick, Idaho, where they ran two successful retail grocery stores. Customer service within the stores was their No. 1 priority.

After many years in the retail grocery business, Aaron and Di decided to pursue a new dream in tourism and hospitality. Their sense of adventure and exploration led them to launch iTrip Coeur d’Alene where they help family and friends experience trips full of memories!
